Parked in large lay-bye opposite Goat Quarry and walked down road and up over the fields to the pillar. Was followed by big friendly horse over the field.

This field, and this trig have recently been sprayed with Slurry. My car now also smells of slurry. Was out for the day with my geocaching friends who go by the name of "Skinnymalinky"

Lovely views over the Firth of Forth. Easy walk up an empty field. Intact metalwise but with a chunk missing off a corner.

On a field boundary so no problem with access. Met farmer and he was comfortable with my wanderings. Again I was followed by a very 'interested' herd of cattle sure I had some feed for them. Luckily I love cows so spent a while telling them a few jokes then whistled a tune!. I'm sure they appreciated it.... Never quite seen cattle frolick so, they were more like excited dogs waiting for a stick to chase! There is slight damage to lower edge by what looks like agricultural machinery.
