vgc, white, metal cap, deep letters. Great piece of coast, fine view even on a cold drizzly day. This time, climbed from SE, parking at top of road near cattle grid, saving some distance and a £2.50 parking fee.

On Rhossili Down you can see 2 Neolithic burial tombs, Sweynes Howes. Bronze Age cairns, an Iron Age Hut Circle and an Anti Aircraft defence site, Chain Home Low Station.

I'm sorry, but I think this must have one of the best views of any trig point in Great Britain! I relived memories of 25 years ago, going out fishing on Worms Head overnight, catching and cooking mackrel on an open fire, sleeping under the stars and then going straight into work the next day.

I parked at St Mary's Church car park, I gave a donation. Returned here just at sunset. Awesome view, especially at this time, but wind was howling! Took loads of photos of the pilar and the area.

Great spot with good views of the Bay and Worms Head.Parking at church{donation} or further down if full.Nice walk which can be extended to Hillend then back along beach if you wish.

Really good condition. Really nice views if weather is good! Can get very windy as exposed to the elements!

Me on a very windy trig point! As you may tell by my expression.. the wind was strong and facewards!
