Parked car at Cloud Side small car park at the bottom of footpath. Nice short walk up to the trig via steps. Great views all round and compass monument.Some guys with radio equipment at summit? View of Sutton Common BT mast which i worked on in 1994 doing concrete repairs and coating.

Visited whilst walking with my walking group - The Irregulars, LDWA - on the Head in the Clouds route. Very cold, wet and windy for June. Easy access on foot path. Wonderful views.

Cycled from canal at Dane Aqueduct via Little Tidnock. Came here years ago on Staffs Way. Trig verging on slightly damaged. Toposcope was more optimistic than the prevailing weather !

Giant's footprints. Presumably, the liitle one was his son's! Look on the main outcrop of rocks pinting north

This was a lovely walk up this hill through some fine woods and on a fine morning. With the trigpointing web site down I had to stop in Congleton to buy an OS map and look for some trig points to visit. This was a fine discovery.
