1/2 today. Many thanks to clochandighter for their spot on route. As I used Er indoors 4x4 I drove and parked at NM 41387 19504. The first gate Scoor farm was at NM 41974 19026 and the second leading to the trig was at NM 42184 18906. Great views and the weather improved throughout the day. About 1.5 miles in total.

Bagged in conjunction with 10476 - Chreagach. Approached from northwest. Easy parking in layby where public road ends at NM403210. It is permissible to drive the estate road on to NM413194 if your vehicle enjoys very rough surfaces. Followed mapped tracks to Scoor then passing SWmost house and SEmost barn to open grazing field. A couple of gate passes later leads to the top. Trig is on coastal side of boundary wall. Vanessa in good condition. Spider retains OS centre cap with raised large narrow letters. Flush bracket faces northwest ~319°. Vented through SE and SW sight holes, the pillar bolt is viewable and surprisingly is a hotine bolt, inside a vanessa column! Spectacular 360° panoramic view includes Colonsay and Dutchman's Cap.

Awful weather, but still a great location. The road leading to the car park near the ruined church is very rough. Vanessa. A rather water logged bolt is visible.
